The first contact from the client came to our e-mail box, where the client sent us all the information necessary to calculate the price offer. On the basis of this data, data on the dimensions of the openings, appearance, and other accessories, we calculated a tailor-made price offer for the client. After drawing up and approving the price offer, we agreed on a personal meeting right on the spot, where we focused on the exact dimensions of the openings and agreed on all the details regarding accessories. The focus itself and the start of production were even before the adjustments were made to the brick part of the fence, where we had to agree on the observance of the predetermined dimensions from the client. It was a double-wing entrance gate with an electric drive, an entrance barrier for pedestrians and 5 fence parts. In the case of two fence parts, it was also necessary to focus on the exact dimensions for the openings that were to serve as openings for distribution boxes. As a model, the customer chose a frequently used modern blind slat. The whole project was realized in brown color with a fine structure.

The time from focus to turnkey assembly lasted 7 weeks, where, in addition to our work, the process of hot-dip galvanizing and then powder coating took place. When the products were ready, we agreed with the client on the assembly date. The overall assembly turned out to be excellent, even if there were minor complications. During the installation of the gate drive, there was a problem connecting to the cables because their length was insufficient, but the skilled hands and wise heads of our technicians dealt with this complication on the spot. One of the problems that arose was also related to the fact that the caps on the wall were a little lower than we originally calculated, and we could not go lower with the fence parts, as we had precisely made holes for the distribution boxes. As a result, we simply agreed with the client on the lower cover bar in order to optically reduce the gap. The installation went well, the client was satisfied with our work, and his review is proof of that.
