Double-leaf gate, pedestrian gate , fence parts
A double-leaf gate that was installed with a KEY Automation electric drive with the highest possible additional equipment, an entrance barrier with a stainless steel handle and handle together with a video intercom and an electric lock of 7 fence parts that we anchored into existing masonry columns. The entire order had our cover moldings implemented. As a model, the client chose an interesting, in our opinion, modern perforated sheet metal. We tuned the entire project according to the client’s requirements in anthracite color.

REFERENCE
Order from the customer
The client initially contacted us via email. Right at the beginning, the client gave us a phone number for further communication. Our next step was a phone call with the client, in which we reviewed the data needed to calculate the price offer. Subsequently, we prepared a price offer for the client thanks to the data provided by the client, i.e. data on the size of the openings, appearance, accessories, place of assembly and the like. After drawing up and approving the price offer, we agreed on a personal meeting right on the spot, where we determined the exact dimensions of the openings and agreed on all the details regarding accessories. The project included a double-wing gate with a drive, an entrance barrier for pedestrians and 7x fence parts. The client hesitated about the pattern from the very beginning, but our personal meeting, to which we brought our samples, helped him to choose.
Project realisation
The implementation of the project, from the focus to the assembly itself, took 8 weeks, where, in addition to our work, the process of hot-dip galvanizing and subsequent powder coating took place. By the time everything was ready and the installation date was set, our chief technician fell ill, but thanks to the client’s friendliness, we agreed on another possible installation date. The assembly itself took place without any problems until the time of hanging one wing of the gate. The problem was an unstable wall. In this case, we agreed with the client that the given wall will be repaired and made more stable, and we will then come to install the gate with the drive. On the given day, our workers installed the barrier and the fence parts. Subsequently, the client had the wall repaired and we were able to come and finish everything 100%. The gate drive itself is very quiet and does its job reliably. Despite the problems during the assembly, we managed everything in the end, as evidenced by the client’s positive review.
