Custom-made cantilever gate
Bespoke We are serious about bespoke. A project for a client that we already had in our portfolio of customers (the first successfully submitted project can be found at tu) contacted us with another request. It was relatively a single request, namely the production and delivery of a cantilever gate with full automation in the same design. However, we did not expect that the installation site has a rise of more than 20 cm in the opening. Order from the customer
After the second contact, the client already asked us with a clear request. Secure another cantilever gate in the second opening in the same design as during the first installation. However, the hook was in the rise of the opening, by several tens of centimeters. If we were to make a “normal” gate, at one point the difference between the zero point and the bottom of the gate would be more than 20 cm, which was out of the question. And that’s why a specific custom-made cantilever gate was created from a relatively simple cantilever gate.
Project realisation
The implementation of the project entailed more demanding procedures from the very beginning. The focus alone required the technical maturity of our colleague. When aiming, it was necessary to work with a laser intended for measuring angles and heights. Based on the targeted values, technical drawings with exact angles and procedures were subsequently created. These drawings then traveled together with the designers to production, where custom production took place. From the actual welding to the assembly of the fillings, we did not tamper with the project and proceeded according to the established procedures. The result? successfully delivered project for the client without any hesitation.
