Turnkey project

We are pleased if clients choose our services in cooperation with VISIO building. In this project, we started the construction work in the first steps from complete excavations and then laying the foundations. We gradually moved on to the construction of a brick fence. After the successful completion of construction, we started to produce products according to the assignment. The content of the products consisted of a cantilever gate with full automation and preparation for the elevation of the plot, a barrier with a video intercom and an implemented mailbox and fencing for the entire plot. The clients chose an interesting version consisting of slats in the color RAL 7016.

Thanks to our product presentations on the Internet, our new clients contacted us. Right at the beginning, we started extensive communication of this project. We started from zero, so cooperation with our construction company was necessary from the first meetings. The advantage of such cooperation is the fact that we can process everything under one roof. We had several sessions with the clients, we went over all the details from the work process, deadlines and the selection of all products down to the smallest details. Subsequently, we waited for approval from the clients and the contracts were signed.

Project realisation

The whole project was started by our construction activity VISIO building. The first excavations took place in the vicinity of the plot. Subsequently, the laying of concrete foundations. In sequence with the basics, there was also cable preparation for all automation. The next step was to pull out the pillars and the overall masonry fence using the blocks that the clients chose. During this period, openings for the subsequent production of products were also focused. As construction work progressed, products were produced. After the successful handover of the construction works, the products were gradually completed and we were ready for the final assembly. The advantage of such a more extensive cooperation with construction preparation is the shortening of the overall implementation time. In the last step, we handed over the finished custom project to the client within 2 days. We went through all the manuals and handed over the project to the client, which was visible only in paper form a few months ago. We thank the clients for the opportunity to implement such a project and we believe that they will be satisfied with the final result in the long term.
