The basic assembly of the garage door consists of a galvanized sheet with a plastic-coated surface, panels made of CFC polyurethane foam with a thickness of 40 mm in basic colors. The interior wall is white as standard. Control is by means of a system of torsion springs and a cable for mechanical control. It goes without saying that there is a spring break fuse and safety protection against pinching fingers. What if the client is interested in something more? What accessories do we offer?

FORGING

Thanks to the expanded range of gate fittings, we are able to deliver a sectional gate to almost any building opening. A missing lintel or side cladding, which we can create with the help of cover profiles, is not an obstacle either. Our offer consists of the following fittings: CLASSIC – fittings for gates with a lintel min. 200mm. ASTRAL – raised fittings for a threshold height of 350mm and more. ZEN– reduced fittings for gates with a threshold of min. 70mm (manual gate) and min 120mm (automatic gate). RADIANT – hardware with side springs. PANDORA– fitting for openings without lintel and lining.

INTEGRATED DOOR

Pass-through doors allow entry into the garage without opening it completely. You will appreciate the advantages if you often need to open the garage. Opening is handled by a handle with a lock. In the case of a motor-operated gate, the door is automatically supplied with a safety switch that prevents the gate from moving when the passage door is open. In order to preserve the strength of the gate, we recommend installing doors in gates with min. height 2,200 mm and max. 4,000mm wide. For a lower gate, the size of the door is adjusted so that the height of the intact panel above the door is maintained at least 150 mm.

DOOR TYPES

In the offer you will find 2 variants of transition doors. MELOS with a high threshold of 90 mm and MERLIN with a reduced threshold of 30 mm with a leading edge for barrier-free passage. The frame of the transition door is made of an aluminum profile and can be color matched to the gate. For MERLIN doors, the basic color of the frame is black, for an additional fee we offer spray painting in RAL of your choice. Plastic components are only available in black. The MELOS door frame is in the basic version in white or silver. For an additional fee, it is possible to paint in RAL according to your choice or to laminate it with foil in imitation of wood.

SPRAY

The standard spray is in white or anthracite color. We also include RAL 9006, RAL 9007 and RAL 8014 among the free RAL colors. If you choose other colors according to the RAL sample book, you will receive a customized offer. In addition to the RAL coating, there is also the option of imitating various types of wood and printing with your own graphics. All colors and imitations can be found in the section OUR PATTERNS. The extension can also be applied to the interior side, which is white by default.

DRIVES

For the gates, we supply drives of the Italian brand KEY. The drives ensure a safe and comfortable movement of the gate. They guarantee high quality combined with performance and a guarantee of long operation. KEY drives have several performance types, which we choose based on the size of the garage door and its method of operation. You can learn more about our drives in the AUTOMATIC GATE DRIVES section.

SMART

Smart solutions associated with automatic gate control will bring you minimal savings of time and finances. We offer drive control via various controllers or smartphone apps. It goes without saying that it is connected to a smart home and the setting of various scenarios.

LEDs

If your room does not have sufficient lighting, it is possible to purchase an LED guide rail directed to the gate drive. In this case, the room will be fully illuminated. The LED design can also be applied to the garage door itself.

EXTENSIONS

Among other expansions, we have included a lock with a key and a ball handle, translucent windows, ventilation grills, delivery of gates with reduced noise, high-standard construction of gates and offer processing including BUILDING PREPARATION.

What is the price per m2?

Our prices, which depend on several factors, are calculated individually for each customer, so it is not possible to determine the price per square meter. However, we will be happy to prepare a non-binding custom price offer for you.

What panels do you offer?

In our offer, you will find 4 types of panels. The most requested panel is AURORA, which is convenient with its dominant design. Another panel, which convinces clients mainly with a sense of distinctiveness, is labeled PRESTIGE. For a golden middle ground, we recommend the SENTINEL panel. The quartet of panels is completed by the HORIZON panel. These panels are manufactured in Italy.

What about an atypical solution?

All our orders are custom-made to accommodate the conditions required for various types of openings. Oversized openings, sloping terrain, or atypical or no lintels and transoms do not surprise us. Our technician will select the best solutions for you so that you can take over the project with a smile and be fully functional in the end.

Is it possible to color the inside of the gate as well?

Of course. This part is standardly in white, but there is an option to change it according to the color chart in our offer for an additional fee.

What colors do you offer?

In our offer, you will find over 99 different colors. For our clients, we also provide options to choose from standard colors, premium colors, and atypical ones. However, if you cannot decide from our long list, we also offer a custom color selection or even custom printing for your garage door.

In most cases, customers send us approximate dimensions based on which we create a price offer for them. If they accept the price offer, we come personally to measure the entire project. What does a warranty of your choice mean?

How to care for a garage door?

If you are interested, you can order maintenance-related tasks from us. However, we recommend regularly lubricating moving parts, such as hinges or rollers, with silicone oil, for example. Failure to lubricate may lead to increased noise, friction, and reduced component life.
