Upon receiving the email, you will automatically receive a generated message. Our technician will then address the issue and assess the cause of the defect. According to technical documentation, the range of remote controls we provide is up to 50m. Of course, this distance may vary by a few meters depending on factors such as street layout or the environment from which you use the remote control, such as the thickness of your car’s glass. For example, for comparison, if a person uses the remote control outside the car, its range is much stronger.

The advantage is that the beacon already has an integrated antenna that increases the range for controlling the operator. Additionally, the beacon signals that the gate is in motion, and in the event of a fault, depending on the intensity of blinking, we can diagnose the fault of the operator. Beacons are LED, meaning that when blinking, they do not illuminate the entire street like older, bulb versions. We often receive questions about vandalism, but we cannot influence this situation. Therefore, from our point of view, the beacon is worth the investment. Interestingly, we have not recorded any complaints about damage or theft of this product in our company. However, the beacon is not necessary for operating the gate.

Of course, in case of a fault or for any reason, it is possible to switch the gate from automatic opening to manual. You will receive instructions and documentation for this procedure upon project handover.
