Customers contacted us with a request for the production and delivery of the project in the same design as the already finished fence parts. Even if the visual was chosen outside of our offer, we accepted this request and prepared everything for the satisfaction of our customers. They were satisfied with the visuals and the offer that we prepared for the clients, and therefore we could transfer the project to our designer, and then the project was put into production. Our offering of patterns is varied, but there is still the possibility to prepare something outside of it. Our task and goal is to ensure the maximum satisfaction of our clients. It is not only about the “production and delivery” of the order, but about the entire process from the first contact to the turnkey handover.

The entire project progressed through several steps during production. Initially, the measurement documents from our sales representative got into the hands of the designer, who prepared the entire project and converted it into technical drawings. Subsequently, these drawings progressed in the production process. When the products were made, hot-dip galvanizing followed. In the next step, we cleaned the products, inserted fillings and moved them to the powder coating oven. The final step was successfully handing over the order to our client.
