The client came across one of our advertisements on the Internet. As soon as he looked at the photos of the ad, he had an idea of what he was interested in and what his requirements were. One of them was complete privacy and therefore a cluttered design. After contacting the client and agreeing on the details, we created a non-binding offer, which we then sent. After the agreement, we went over this offer directly on the spot, since the client had already prepared openings, and thus it was possible to focus on this project and also provide technical advice. The given meeting and focus of the client cost 60 minutes.

After focus and final agreement on details, the client rejected us. He rejected us because the price he had for the given project seemed high to him, and he sent this project to another company for pricing. However, where clients reject us for another company, our work does not end. Subsequently, if the client is interested, we will also review the offer with a competitive offer. In this case, we suggested a second meeting to the client to go over the entire project in person. However, the client informed us during the meeting that the project was decided and he was taking it from us, because the competing company had an offer €1,000 cheaper, but the offer was only an initial shot. During the meeting, the client found out that he did not have many details that he had from us from this company, and what was unprofessional was the mandatory payment of the deposit already at the orientation. With us, clients pay only after all the details have been agreed upon, they have the price we agreed on, they have a contract for the work and the like.
