The client looked for our company during the implementation of a project that was in his neighborhood. He liked our work, so he decided to have a price offer created with us. During the personal meeting, the client and I went over all the necessary data to create an offer, i.e. the dimensions of individual openings, details of accessories and the like. In the full introduction, we focused on all the openings and the question came about the opening for the gate. Initially, we took photos of everything and agreed that in the near future we would contact the client with a custom proposal. It was necessary to come up with a tailor-made proposal for the client to integrate a cantilever gate into a small space for sliding the gate. The idea of using a single-leaf gate for one side and a sliding gate for the other occurred to us right at the point of focus, but it was necessary to think over the whole idea and go over it mainly with our technician to see if we can process something like that. Our technician looked at our idea, recalculated all the necessary data, looked at the photos from the focus. In the end, he gave us the green light, meaning that it was possible to produce and assemble something like that. So we calculated a price offer for the client, we contacted him with the given offer and the possibility of combining gates. The client liked our expert and tailor-made proposal and agreed with all of them. So production could start.

As we informed the client, the production process took 8 weeks from the binding order. Including our work, the work of the zinc plant and the work of the paint shop were also needed. Since our products are all hot-dip galvanized, the process of anti-corrosion protection by hot-dip galvanizing took place in the galvanizing plant. In the paint shop, the process of powder coloring with paint fired in the oven took place. These processes are an essential part of every order. The production of individual gates, entrance gates and fence parts took place without any problems. This is also one of the advantages of experienced, professionally educated and certified technicians. At the stage when the order reached the last production process, i.e. the powder coating process, we contacted the client and agreed on an assembly date. The assembly itself was somewhat more demanding due to the given combination of gates. Thanks to the precise focus, we can say the focus to the centimeter, the gates beautifully covered the entire space. At the same time, when opening and closing, the gates precisely touch each other. The installation of the fence parts and the entrance gate was a little easier and went without any problems.
