The client was contacted by an acquaintance of ours with information about the need for a gate and a barrier. We contacted the client and arranged a personal non-binding meeting with him. During the meeting, we agreed on all the details, focused the holes. Based on this information, we also created a non-binding customized price offer for the client, which we reviewed together over the phone. After the approval of this offer, we started the production process.

The whole project went according to plan until the day of assembly. During the assembly with the manipulation of the gate, we scratched the gate near its upper part. Our effort was to solve this problem on the spot and try to repair the scratch. Although the client liked the result, it was not enough for us. After an agreement with the client, we came to look at the gate one more time, because we were not satisfied with our submitted work. So what was the solution? Since our new slat folding system is frameless, our slats are therefore easily removable. In this case, too, it was the highest lamella that was damaged (scratches occurred during manipulations with the hydraulic arm). With a simple solution, we dismantled the lamella, repainted it, and by the time you are reading this post, we have already handed over the project to the client with ours and we believe also with the client’s satisfaction.
