The customer approached us with a simple request for the delivery of a gate, a barrier and a fence. The first step was to contact the customer and find out all the details to create a quote. Based on these details, we created an offer for the client and sent it to him. After 48 hours, as is customary, we contacted the client in order to review the offer and answer questions. The client had not yet prepared the blocks so that we could focus on the project personally. However, as soon as everything was ready, he contacted us and we left to focus on the whole project.

When aiming, we needed to solve the issue of the rise of the gate. Since we have already delivered several such projects, we knew what we needed to ensure and how to prepare. We suggested to the client that to avoid a large gap between the gate and the land, we should choose the option of copying the land. The client enthusiastically accepted this option. Subsequently, we processed everything into drawings and the project moved into production. Thanks to our experienced, certified workers, there were no complications during production. Also, thanks to our professional focus, we did not encounter any problems during assembly. At the end of the day, we handed over the turnkey project to the client together with the briefing.
