Cantilever gate in a cascade with a pedestrian gate and a fence
This is called a custom project. An atypical task in the production of a cascade gate, but nothing that our company would not want to deal with. The whole project has been full of interesting things since the assignment. For example, the folding of the filling itself was determined by the client, and you will not find such a design on our website among our samples. The choice of color was also tailored. The project itself contained a cantilever gate made in a cascade with full automation on a slight incline, a barrier with stainless steel accessories and an implanted box and fencing with a total length of almost 10 meters.

More demanding tasks are a challenge for us, but nothing to be afraid of. During a personal consultation with the client, we agreed on all the requirements that we processed and together with our designer we proposed solutions. As soon as the production department and assembly gave us the green light, we approved the project and could start production. Even before the actual production, we prepared a visual for the client, whether everything is in order and whether everything is as he imagines. After agreeing on this matter as well, we were able to put the project into production.
Project realisation
Our sales representative focused the project, agreed the details with the client. Subsequently, the documents were processed by our designer and the project was included in the production process. From the beginning, production was more demanding, especially for the gate itself, but the skilled hands of our certified welders or assemblers handled everything perfectly. During production, which was more demanding, there were no problems and we prepared the project up to the complete conclusion and thus assembly. During assembly, our employees were once again challenged by the gate, which was more or less oversized, at an angle, and cascaded. As well as in the production process, our fitters go through training and also have certificates, so we cannot just write that the whole project was completed perfectly without any complications.
