The client and I knew right from the beginning of the communication that it would be a slightly different procedure than usual. As soon as we received this request, we contacted the client by phone with a request for a personal meeting, because it is difficult to process such oversized gates for a price offer without personal contact. The client agreed and we arranged a meeting. During the meeting, we went over all the details, measured the opening and agreed on all the accessories that needed to be added to the gate. We pointed out to the client that the production and installation of such a gate is different, it is difficult to say whether it is more demanding, but it entails procedures that are mainly more demanding in terms of time and space than with ordinary gates. However, thanks to our professional team and all the options available to us, we can also custom-make such gates.

Even though we informed the client about the time requirement, we managed to hand over the gate to the turnkey already 9 weeks after the details were agreed upon. The production of this gate took place with great satisfaction and there were no complications. As you can see, the gate is composed of two parts, mainly due to the limitation of the size of the furnace in our paint shops. Also, after experience with the production of such gates, we already know that it is necessary to use rear reinforcements and at least one more tensioning system in the rear part. This is to prevent damage to the gate during assembly when our employee adjusts the gate. Reinforcements must also be used from a safety point of view, as this is not a small gate and any unwanted movement could occur. We handed over the entire project to the client, who was extremely satisfied and thanked us at the end, because we were the only company among those contacted who were able to produce and install such a thing.
