The client was initially approached by our advertisement on the Internet. Subsequently, he sought us out and started communicating with us. The first step was to create an offer according to the supplied documents and then arrange a meeting. During the meeting, we showed the client what options he has with us and what we can provide for him. At the beginning, we guaranteed the client that he would be extremely satisfied with the final result and that he would no longer have to deal with other suppliers. We believe that we have convinced the client with the submitted projects, and we think so, since the client’s brother is also working on another project with us at the moment.

Laying the slats was completely new to this project. From this moment, we switched to the so-called frameless design, where the client does not see any frame from the outside, and thus we can create a uniform and beautiful line of slats along the entire front fence. In this way, just as we had it available in the old system, we can disassemble the individual slats and in the event of any malfunction or damage to one of the slats, disassembly is easy and it is not necessary to dismantle the entire gate. Even though the project had a novelty, this novelty was tried and tested and only then could we offer something like this to the client. Something that we don’t trust or that we can’t 100% determine is reliable and high-quality, so we don’t even offer it to clients.
