Implemented pedestrian gate in the gate
In the village of Medzany, we managed to deliver another of our more atypical projects on a turnkey basis. Its contents consisted of a cantilever gate with an implemented diaphragm inside. The gate had full KEY brand automation. The client chose a fully opaque blind slat pattern in the most desirable color RAL 7016. For an even more beautiful visual, he chose a surface labeled fine structure. The bumper contained stainless steel fittings with a rubber seal.

The assignment from the client was clear. Closure of the front compartment without any loss of the transition part. It is true that the client could also choose to insert a cantilever gate, a column and a diaphragm, and thus the diaphragm did not have to be implemented. However, the client was interested in a full transition opening when opening the gate, and that is why we implemented the diaphragm. Point No. 2 from the client was the delivery of complete privacy. This point was taken care of precisely by the blind slat without any gap, but also by our covering elements, which fulfill both an aesthetic and safety function.
Project realisation
In projects with implementation, the production itself is somewhat more demanding. It is more demanding precisely in the correct processing of technical drawings and in the initial production, which begins with our welders. The correct layout of each part of the gate is very important. Subsequently, we can call the project a puzzle. After successful production, the project is assembled and sent for powder coating. After painting, we will agree with the client on the installation date. We will deliver and install the project on D-day. The client’s participation is not mandatory during assembly. At the end, we will call the client and hand over the project with instructions.
