Our current client and member of the VISIO club was deciding between two design options. Based on a 3D visualization of the parts and the gate, he decided on a combination of slats with a height of 12, 6 and 2 cm. From the beginning, we mainly communicated with the client by phone, but after the successful completion of the construction preparation, we also went to a personal meeting where the company was introduced, the technical orientation with advice and the selection of all accessories took place. Subsequently, we created a tailor-made offer for the client, sent it, and after its approval, we started the production process.

The production process, which starts from our designers, who process all the technical drawings, to our painters, who powder-coat the entire project in the RAL color chosen by the client, went without any problems. During this process, we informed the client about the main procedures until the time when the project was ready for assembly, when we reviewed the last data with the client and thus the assembly date. At the client, after the order was successfully handed over, we still needed to replace a defective piece of drive that had a problem with the electronics. Subsequently, even after the successful replacement, the client had some problems with the drive, which means that we will replace the entire drive at our expense and provide the client with a new drive.
