The first contact from the client came through our product presentation on Facebook. At the very beginning, we exchanged a few messages with the client and then we had a telephone interview together, in which we went over the data needed to calculate the price offer. In the next step, we prepared the price offer itself based on the data that the client sent us, i.e. the size of the openings, appearance, accessories, installation location, etc. After drawing up and approving the price offer, we agreed on a personal meeting right on the spot, where we focused on the exact dimensions of the openings and agreed on all the details regarding accessories. The entire project consisted of a single-wing gate with a drive, a sliding cantilever gate with a drive, an entrance barrier for pedestrians and 6x fence parts. Originally, we were supposed to implement the entire order in a lamellar pattern, but our new, modern premium patterns caught the attention of the client at the meeting place. The final decision for choosing a premium pattern was also the visualization of the selected patterns.

The implementation of the project, from the focus to the assembly itself, took 8 weeks, where, in addition to our work, the process of hot-dip galvanizing and then powder coating took place. When the products were ready, we agreed with the customer on the assembly date. In this case, although the weather did not help us, the clients were considerate and complied with our requests to move the agreed assembly to another day due to adverse weather. The assembly itself took place without any problems. It was necessary to provide a hydraulic arm, due to the dimensions and weight of the sliding gate. The drives of both gates are very quiet and do their job reliably. It was the premiere of the assembly of the premium model. However, the premiere turned out to be excellent and this was reflected in the satisfaction of the clients, which you can also see in the review mentioned above.
