Since the client comes from the same village as the company headquarters, the first contact was directly in the village of Široké. At the beginning, we agreed on a date for a personal meeting with the client. During the meeting, we exchanged all the necessary information regarding the accessories and focused the entire order precisely. The client hesitated over choosing the final pattern and color. He couldn’t decide between the pull and premium model. In the end, however, we chose the premium pattern 010 in anthracite color with a fine structure. The next step was the preparation of a customized price offer according to the data we agreed with the client. We sent the prepared price offer to the client’s email address. After its approval, we could start production. The entire project consisted of a cantilever gate with a drive, an entrance barrier for pedestrians with an electric lock and a video doorman and 3x fence parts.

The total time from focus to installation on the key took 8 weeks. This time was agreed with the client at the beginning of our cooperation. During these 8 weeks, in addition to our work, the process of hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating with kiln-fired paint also took place. As soon as the products were ready for assembly, we contacted the customer and agreed on an assembly date. The assembly itself took place without any problems. The weather was kind to us and nothing prevented us from working. Initially, we installed a cantilever gate and then a barrier with fence parts. The installation was followed by the installation of the drive, video doorman and electric lock. Everything went well and these plugins do the job as they are supposed to. It was the premiere of a premium model of this type. The premiere turned out to be excellent and this was reflected in the satisfaction of the clients, which you can also see in the review mentioned above.
