Cantilever gate with pedestrian gate
Welcome Uhrovec to our portfolio of projects. Over time, you will find the VISIO brand in every village in Slovakia. For our client, we manufactured and installed a cantilever gate with full automation of the KEY brand with the possibility of control with a mobile device and a barrier with stainless steel hardware. We tuned the project to chocolate brown RAL 8014 color. Clients chose the most desirable blind slat for privacy.

Order from the customer
In the first step, clients contacted us with a request to create a price offer. Based on the obtained data such as the dimensions of the openings, color, pattern and accessories, we created a preliminary and non-binding price offer for the client within 48 hours. After a telephone contact where we explained the entire offer to the client, an agreement meeting took place on the spot. During the meeting, we measured the dimensions of the openings, agreed and updated the details in the offer. After her binding approval and signing of the contract, we put the project into production.
Project realisation
The implementation of the project proceeded according to plans. In the first step, our designer prepared technical documentation for the production process. Subsequently, our certified welders prepared the product frames. The project underwent hot-dip galvanizing. We gradually cleaned the project of grease, inserted the blind slats and prepared it for the journey to the powder coating shop. In the paint shop, we chemically cleaned the project from dirt and grease using an oven, followed by powder coating. The last step was the assembly, which took place over the course of 1 day, and at the end of it, we handed over the turnkey project to the client.
