From the very beginning, i.e. the first contact, we initially negotiated the date of the meeting and implementation with the client due to the client’s work abroad. As soon as the client knew when he would be present at the focus, we agreed on a date for the meeting. At the meeting, which is free and non-binding, we went over all the details from focusing the openings to agreeing on the color and accessories of the project. As soon as we processed this data, we created a tailor-made price offer for the client, and then, after the approval of this offer, we put the project into the production process.

The production process took place during the winter months. By mutual agreement, the client and I agreed on a later installation, since the client was away from home again. Therefore, this implementation took place in a longer interval than we guarantee to clients. The production process went smoothly, as did the assembly process. Experienced certified employees of our company took care of everything. Such a specificity of the project was the placement of the gate, as it was an external placement due to the lack of space for removal. However, we tried to process all the accessories in such a way that they “hit the eyes” as little as possible, so we prepared the consoles in the color of the project.
