Double-leaf gate with implemented pedestrian gate
A double-leaf gate that was installed with a KEY Automation electric drive with the highest possible additional equipment and at the same time an entrance barrier with stainless steel handles was also part of it. We anchored the gate itself on the columns we made. Our cover strips were also a matter of course, which in this case serve to protect against theft rather than cover itself. It was the first assembly with the premium model 009. We tuned the entire project according to the client’s requirements in anthracite color.

Order from the customer
The beginning of the project took place through the Facebook social network. The customer expressed interest in preparing a price offer with a relatively clear idea of what he is actually interested in. He chose the premium model 009, which is a really good choice if you want to “stand out” from your neighbors. The fine-tuning of the details for the preparation of the price offer took place through a telephone conversation and led to its creation. After accepting the price offer, we agreed on a personal meeting directly with the client, where we focused on the exact dimensions and agreed on the next procedure for concrete and cabling work. small space to the maximum. During the production of the gate, we continuously consulted with the customer about the state of the project.
Project realisation
The total time from the focus to the final installation on the key took 2 months, that is 8 weeks. Of course, our production also included hot-dip galvanizing and subsequent powder coating. After 8 weeks, a phone call with the client followed, where we agreed on an assembly date. During the installation, there were minor problems with the electrical “wiring” and the concrete foundation on the part of the client, but what kind of experienced workers would it be if they did not solve these problems. The anchoring of our posts went smoothly and successfully, and we were able to easily hang the gate itself. The next step was the installation of the drive, which took place without any problems, and at the time we are writing these texts, the KEY AUTOMATION drive is doing its job as it should. Despite the problems during assembly, which our workers managed to solve, in the end we succeeded in everything, we handed over the gate with the implemented diaphragm to the client, who was extremely satisfied with our work. In conclusion, we want to thank our skilled workers, and point out that the fact that our workers can solve problems on the fly is also a reason to cooperate with VISIO systems.
