We recorded the client’s first contact thanks to our website where the client filled in basic contact information. The next procedure was to contact the client by phone and find out what he would be interested in. During the phone conversation, we went over his idea with the client. Subsequently, when we wrote down everything, it was time for us to fill in the necessary data for the calculation of the offer. We sent the first offer to the client and after a few days we contacted the client and discussed the whole offer together. The client agreed with our offer. This was followed by an agreement on the date of the focus. When focusing, since the client did not have a wall for anchoring our products, we had to proceed particularly precisely and carefully in order to be able to focus everything precisely and design tailor-made solutions. At the same time, the client also inquired about the possibility of expanding the contract with another double-leaf gate. We measured the entire order, agreed on all the necessary details. Before the actual production, we updated the client’s price offer with another gate, which we sent to him after targeting. The client initially hesitated about the production of one or two gates. However, after a telephone conversation, we agreed that it would be much more efficient if the client had the entire order produced at once, because everything would be the same and at the same time above standard. After agreeing on all the details, we started production.

Before the actual production, we announced the delivery date to the client, namely 8 – 10 weeks. We were advised to meet this deadline with every order, and this one was no exception. The production of this order did not bring any complications, and that is certainly thanks to our skilled employees. The entire production process began with the basic preparation of materials, which were gradually transformed into product frames. As soon as the frames were made, they went under hot-dip galvanizing. After successful hot-dip galvanizing, we cleaned all parts and then inserted the laser-burnt sheets. After completion, we sent the almost finished products to the oven to be fired with powder paint. This was followed by a phone call with the client and an agreement on the installation date. The assembly went according to plan and we will repeat it, but thanks to the skilled workers of the VISIO systems company, everything went smoothly. At this moment, the part of Košice Krásna can boast of two double-leaf gates, an entrance barrier and fence parts in a premium pattern, which you will not see anywhere else.
