In this case, the client himself contacted us that the entire implementation had to be suspended and postponed indefinitely. The reason was also the COVID 19 pandemic. We kept the client in the system and after less than 2 months we contacted the client to see if he would be interested in renewing the cooperation. The client informed us that he was looking for a company that, in addition to the gate and barrier, would also make a staircase with a canopy. Although we do not present ourselves in this way of production, this question immediately went to the chief engineer, whether he could produce something like this. It is very important that we can do everything we produce at 110%. The technician gave us the green light and we could come for a personal meeting. At a personal meeting, we showed the client our samples of colors and patterns. Thanks to these samples, the client finally chose and at the same time changed the pattern to a 3D sheet. After the meeting, we recalculated the price for this pattern variant to the client, which the client accepted and we started production.
