The first exchange of information between our company and the client was telephone contact. The client liked our work, which he found on our social networks, and at the same time, he was also interested in the possibility of supporting a local company, since the municipality of Ľubotice and Prešov are neighbors. After the first telephone conversation, we exchanged basic data with the client. The customer was interested in a personal inspection right on the spot. We had no problem with this request and set out for a personal meeting. During the personal meeting, we focused the individual openings, we agreed with the client on details such as pattern, color, type of gate and accessories, and we were able to create the offer itself. Although we changed our procedure and proceeded as if from point B to point A, that is, initially we focused everything on the client and only then created an offer, so in the end it was efficient. At the moment when our offer was created, we did not hesitate and contacted the client and reviewed the entire offer personally. The client wanted to visit us directly in our cozy production, which we had no problem with. During the visit, we went through our entire production and at the end we shook hands and started production.

The whole production process took 8 weeks. Of course, we announced this delivery date to the client before the start. In addition to our work, work also took place in the galvanizing plant, i.e. hot-dip galvanizing, and also work in the paint shop, i.e. coloring with powder paint fired in the oven. The entire production process went according to plan. Initially, the production, welding, drilling, etc. phase took place, then the entire order was sent to the galvanizing plant, and the last step was the dyeing itself. As soon as the order was in the paint shop, it was time to contact the client and agree on an assembly date. After a successful conversation and a fixed installation date, we were ready for the final step, namely handing over the turnkey order. The installation was successful, at the end we gave the client the key to his new gate and gate and wished him all the best for the future.
