Double-leaf gate with pedestrian gate
Maybe a smaller project, but in full beauty. For the first time, we also stopped by the village of Medzilaborce, where we produced and installed a turnkey project for the client, the content of which was a double-leaf gate with full automation, a barrier with stainless steel fittings. We anchored the entire project to our columns, which, together with the gate and barrier, underwent hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating. We tuned the project into a fully opaque pattern marked 300, which is enriched with stainless steel bands.

Order from the customer
Exchange the old for the new, that was the client’s request. Immediately after our sales department had prepared a non-binding customized quote for the client, the client contacted us with a request for a personal meeting on the spot. One of our sales representatives met with the client, focused on the project and agreed on all the details. We also prepared a blind drawing for the client to adjust this opening so that the products fit according to what we agreed on.
Project realisation
The project proceeded according to plans from the beginning. With this filling, the process is somewhat more demanding, because it includes, in addition to the “normal” procedure, the process of gluing stainless steel strips to painted sheets. These strips are glued on both sides and it is necessary that these strips be supported for at least 24 hours after sticking. This is the only way to ensure that the belts are 100% attached to the sheets. Therefore, it is necessary to have a dedicated workplace just for these patterns, so that there is no manipulation, damage, etc. The whole process went successfully and together with the assembly, we handed over the turnkey project to the client.
