We arranged a personal meeting with the client after the first contact. The given meeting took place free of charge and non-binding. At this meeting, the client asked us whether production with us would be more financially demanding than if he ordered the material himself and welded it in the garage during the winter. After this question, we thought that we could not cover this project, because we honestly answered the client that this project will definitely be more demanding, but we explained to him all the arguments that he will receive together with our production. He will not have to weld during the winter in his spare time, he will save time, health and most importantly, he will get everything turnkey. These materials alone convinced the client why not do it himself, but leave it to professionals who will deliver everything on a turnkey basis.

After agreeing on all the details, the client wanted to choose a pattern that we did not have in the offer. At the meeting, we also had the slats themselves, which the client assembled on the spot and came up with the option he liked. For this model, we prepared a 3D visual for the client for the dimensions and color of the given project, which the client liked. Subsequently, we fine-tuned the details and could start production. We agreed with the client on a longer delivery time, because he needed more time to prepare the walls (reconstruction). We stored these products at our place and were waiting for the client to contact us when everything would be ready. Subsequently, when we received the green light from the client, we agreed on dates and delivered the assembly within 2 days with a final smile on the client’s face.
