The first contact with the client took place thanks to a telephone conversation. We are very happy if clients provide us with telephone contact or call us directly, because it opens up space for various questions and suggestions and the whole communication is more efficient. In this case too, we went over all the necessary data during the phone call with the client, which helped us create a price offer. At the end, we asked the client for an email address to which we could send him a price offer and all the necessary attachments. The process followed, when we created a price offer for the client and sent it to the mentioned email within 24 hours. The first offer for the client was the offer for the railing. After sending the price offer, we contacted the client again, went over all the details together, answered all the questions and agreed on a date for a personal meeting. During the meeting, we carefully measured everything and fine-tuned all the details. We were ready to produce. After successfully handing over the order to the client, we received a request for another production for the same customer. In this case, it was already a double-leaf gate. The whole process was the same as with the railing. Initially, we created an offer for the client, then arranged a personal meeting where all details were focused and agreed upon, and the last step was the production itself with assembly. We have successfully handed over both orders to clients and they are currently fulfilling their purpose.

The whole project consisted of 2 different assemblies. Initially, we solved the issue of the balcony railing with the client, and only after a certain time did we start the production of the gate. After the successful installation of the railing, the clients contacted us again with the question of whether we would also manufacture a double-leaf gate for them. The total length of production of the gate as well as the railing was set at 8-10 weeks. We met this deadline, as well as all others, and we delivered and installed the products to the client in 8 weeks. In the month of July, we installed a railing for the client, which we matched to the interesting premium pattern 004 in anthracite color. Not even a week had passed since the assembly itself, and the clients were so satisfied with our work that they also ordered the mentioned double-leaf gate from us. For the gate itself, we used our cover strips, which gave the gate an even more beautiful visual and covered the openings between the wall and the hinges. In addition to covering “unwanted” openings, these cover strips also serve as safety elements, because no one will put their hand through these openings and disassemble the gate. We used stainless steel accessories for the gate, i.e. a stainless steel handle and ball, and thus clients can easily open and lock the gate at the same time. We matched the entire project to the anthracite color RAL 7016. As patterns, the clients chose a louver slat that will give you privacy and the premium pattern 004, which we offer either in galvanized form or in aluminum. We want to thank the clients very much once again and we believe that we will produce something for them in the future. We are happy if clients contact us again even after the submitted work.
