Oversized sliding gate
A project that you just don’t see. Sliding gate on a rail with a total length of 9.25 meters and a height of 1.6 meters. The operation of the gate is ensured by a powerful KEY brand drive, which, in addition to performance, also has the highest additional equipment. The customers chose the slat pattern marked 101. We matched the gate to an anthracite RAL 7016 color with a fine structure.

Order from the customer
The customer initially contacted us with a request for a personal meeting. When we reached the place, we found out the reason. The client wanted to close an opening whose length was almost 9 meters. Several companies (persons) came to look at the given project, but none of them wanted to get involved. There are no obstacles here and there is a solution for everything. We know what the production and installation of such gates brings, and that is why we were able to fulfill the customer’s needs. We focused on the opening, made and installed the gate. It’s easy to write, but it was a bit more complicated to implement.
Project realisation
Production went perfectly. We had a minor problem with the handling and storage of the given gate. However, we also solved this problem at the beginning of February when we expanded our premises. Therefore, at this moment we can cover such specific projects even more easily. Another change was the transport of the gate to the paint shop, from the paint shop to assembly and the like. It was necessary to provide a truck with a body of the given length. However, we were able to solve even this problem and provide transport. We were able to provide all the processes that are necessary for the production and assembly of such a long gate and we installed the gate with the help of a hydraulic arm with a successful result.
