Pergola with fixed roof
We present to you our new service portfolio: a pergola with a fixed roof. We delivered and installed a pergola with a fixed roof, LED backlight and glass sliding doors to our client on a turnkey basis. The interesting thing was the implementation of water drainage directly into one of the pergola columns. The roof of the pergola is made of 16 mm polycarbonate. We matched the pergola to the most desired anthracite color.

The client contacted us thanks to our presented novelty in the portfolio of services, namely the turnkey installation of pergolas. Based on the information obtained, we created a preliminary quotation for the client within 48 hours. After sending the offer, we contacted the client with the possibility of a personal meeting right on the spot. This individual approach allows us to better understand the client’s needs and adapt our services exactly according to his wishes. A personal on-site meeting ensures that all project details are thoroughly discussed and nothing is left to chance.
Project realisation
The implementation of the project went according to plan from the beginning to its conclusion. In the beginning, we agreed on all the details with the client during a personal meeting, where we consulted his requirements and expectations. Subsequently, contracts were signed and we sent the pergola to production. After the production was completed, we contacted the client with the installation date. The assembly itself took place in one day. At the end of the installation, we handed over the turnkey pergola to the client along with instructions for use. We are proud of the smooth implementation process and believe that our pergola will serve the client for many years to his satisfaction.
