REFERENCE
Order from the customer
The client’s first contact was through our Facebook, where the client liked our work. As soon as the client contacted us, we exchanged several messages, where the client provided us with all the necessary information to create a customized price offer. After drawing up and approving the given price offer, we agreed on a personal meeting right on the spot, where we focused on the exact dimensions of the openings, presented a real sample of the slat and agreed on all the details regarding accessories. It was a sliding rail gate with full automation from KEY AUTOMATION and 2 entrance barriers for pedestrians. Of course, the entire order could not be completed without our cover strips.
Project realisation
The whole process, from the personal meeting and orientation to the turnkey installation, took 8 weeks. This period was announced to the client right at the beginning, which means that we will keep our deadlines exactly as agreed with the client. Double protection of the surface was a matter of course, i.e. protection by hot-dip galvanizing and surface treatment with powder paint fired in the oven. By the time we got to the finals, we contacted the client to arrange an assembly date. Since it was cold spring weather and especially rainy, the client was still waiting for his concrete foundation to solidify. We want to point out that an unstable foundation is very risky and will only bring problems. In this case, however, the client was careful and thorough and prepared the foundation to perfection. So we waited for the client who contacted us and we agreed on the installation date. The installation was successful, we first installed 2 entrance barriers, followed by a sliding gate along the rail, and in the finale, our workers “played” with the drive, which at this time is doing its job as it should. The client was extremely satisfied with our work and the product. You can see his satisfaction in the review itself, which you can find on our website, but also directly on Facebook.
