Specifically, we offer a warranty of up to 3 years for the KEY brand and an incredible 5 years for the ROGER brand for the drives supplied by us. This extended warranty period is a manifestation of our confidence in the quality of these products and at the same time, it is an added value that we are ready to provide to our customers.
In addition, we provide an even longer warranty for our gates and fences, which range from 3 to 8 years. This variety of warranty periods allows us to adapt to the needs and expectations of each customer and ensure their complete satisfaction.
Products designed with long-term durability in mind
It is also important to mention that our products are designed with long-term durability and minimal maintenance in mind. For example, the hot-dip galvanizing that we use in production is particularly resistant to corrosion and under normal conditions can protect the surface for up to 50 years. Even with higher loads, the duration of protection is generally more than 25 years, which is proof of the reliability and long-term quality of our products.
